Overview
The law involving injuries that occur on or near the water is highly specialized. Our firm has over 40 years of experience handling such maritime and admiralty cases.
We have a long history of representing seamen, longshoremen, harbor workers, and other individuals who have been injured on the water. A number of our cases also arise from injuries suffered during recreational boating, sailing, and cruising, both in state waters and overseas.
Our firm has been involved in many prominent maritime cases, including the sinking of a water taxi in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, a barge explosion in St. Mary’s County, the collision of the M/V KASTNER with a tugboat in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal, and injuries sustained on cruise ships.
